SAYING YES TO MORE PERSONALIZED PATIENT CARE
With technology at the forefront of treatment and doctor-patient connection as we were homebound at the onset of the pandemic, Dr. Ann Partridge of Dana-Farber transformed early insights from the Young Women’s Breast Cancer Study to create an intervention program, Young Empowered and Strong (YES).
Her team designed and launched YES, an internet-based portal that not only follows and supports patients virtually over time, but also navigates them to relevant educational and supportive care resources, and other research opportunities designed to improve how they fare.
The portal received support from the National Cancer Institute, underlining its value as a program that will help optimize patient care, and improve outcomes for young patients with breast cancer.

The Pink Agenda’s Virtual Gala will be held on Thursday, October 7! Hosted by Giuliana & Bill Rancic, and featuring special guests and the hottest entertainment, the event will raise money for lifesaving breast cancer research and life-changing FAB-U-WISHes.

RAISING SPIRITS & RAISING AWARENESS
Despite the heavy year we faced, in partnership with The Pink Agenda, Giuliana Rancic’s FAB-U-WISH continued to grant wishes and bring joy to women undergoing treatment for breast cancer.
Savanah, who faced a stage IV diagnosis at age 24, struggled with her appearance after undergoing surgeries and continued treatment. Her mother nominated her with the wish to remind Savanah how truly beautiful she was –inside and out– and that cancer doesn’t define her.
Thanks to your support, we were able to provide Savanah with an amazing shopping experience at Dillard’s. To make the wish even more memorable, Savanah recently got engaged wearing one of her new outfits during the proposal! Our biggest congratulations to Savanah and her future husband!
