In November 2022, Lindsey felt some discomfort under her arm. With a family history of breast cancer, she scheduled an appointment with her doctor, but nothing was found, and the pain eventually went away. Five months later Lindsey felt a lump. Shortly after, at the age of 34 and 26 weeks pregnant, she was diagnosed with stage 3 triple negative breast cancer. The news shook Lindsey’s world and she immediately started treatment.She gave birth to a healthy, baby boy and was back receiving chemotherapy just five days postpartum. Her strength and courage are inspiring and, as she shared with us, through out this journey, she has learned that she can handle really hard things.
