In October 2021, Erin was participating in a 20-mile hiking competition with a group of friends. A week later, Erin felt extremely weak and developed a high fever. She was rushed to the hospital where the doctor diagnosed her with pneumonia. It was the CT scan of her lungs that revealed a mass on her right breast. That experience saved Erin’s life.
Erin immediately dove into her treatment plan and found strength with the help of her friends, family, and colleagues at the New York Police Department who rallied around her.
A mother to a 10-year-old daughter and an 11-year-old stepson, Erin’s husband and children have been by her side every step of the way throughout her journey. She is happiest when they are happy, and her wish was for an experience to celebrate the end of her breast cancer treatment together.
With the help of our incredible friends Kendra Scott, FAB-U-WISH and The Pink Agenda were thrilled to grant Erin a special experience with her daughter and mother including a day of pampering, beauty, and jewels before an unforgettable evening with her husband at this year’s TPA Annual Gala.
